Tom Neely is a painter, cartoonist, and animator living in Los Angeles. His work has been featured in galleries in San Francisco and Los Angeles, in magazines, literary journals and comics, and in Graphic Classics. His Brother, Can You Spare a Job? is a seven-minute animated political cartoon, currently being screened online and at film festivals around the world. He is currently working on paintings for an upcoming solo show, his first graphic novel and an animated music video for The Muffs.
